I think I may have a Warrant for my arrest, if I appear in small claims court, can I be arrested

Yes. I have actually seen this happen in a case I represented a group of homeowners in. The warrant was checked by the court marshall who, at the direction of the judge, arrested the man at the end of the hearing.
If the warrant is for a misdemeanor or something similar, I would recommend you surrender and post bond before the hearing in small claims court. Otherwise you might be on your way to court, get stopped for speeding, and wind up missing your court date altogether.
It is always better to take care of these things sooner rather than later.
