Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

My son is not on the lease of an apartment that he moved in and only lived there for a week before roommate locked him out and would not allow him to get his stuff. Now the roommate is being evicted. What does he have to do to get his belongings

Your Son needs to immediatly contac the landlord (or their attorney ) to claim his property. if he waits, it may be too late. H emay also have to prove that the stuff is his. If he retains counsel, then he might have better success. Many attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation. The costs to have the attonrey may be much less than the value of the property.
