suing someone in small claims court from another state
i live in california and i need to take legal action against someone who lives in the state of missouri is it possible for me to do that from out of state using my daughter (a missouri resident) as my representative or agent in the court of missouri? if so how do i do this? thankyou

Under Missouri law only an attorney can represent you in court. Your daughter would not be allowed to represent you. The case would be dismissed.
You could consult an attorney to handle the matter for you.
