Is the attorney representing the Mo State Board of Nursing in a disciplinary hearing required to present all evidence to the defendent

If acting in a criminal prosecutorial role, they are required to provide exculpatory evidence. If in a civil matter, they need only respond to Discovery requests and Orders of the trier of fact. Your attorney should address this for you.
