Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Missouri
I would like to know about a McDonald's in our town with the manager on duty letting it employers do the unthinkable. all this over an x girlfreind not liking the boys new girl friend. Here is part to the story. found out this evening this is on tape, my son went thur the drive thur, told to pull up which there was on one in line, anyway to make this short on tape is the handling of food without gloves and one boy spitting on the hamburger. His order was to be plain hamburger it had everything on it, the other was cut into pieces, no straws, they screwed everything up and all this over jealousy, the spitting on the food makes me very upset.

If you know for a fact that the actions have been recorded on tape, and you either have a copy of the tape, or have the means to obtain a copy of the tape (in a legal manner), the required elements of a potential suit for damages may be present here.
