Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Missouri

My sister has alopecia and went to a stylist that specializes in that. My sister asked that she not be videoed. He assured her that she would not. When she sat down to have her hair done he recorded it and pasted the video to facebook for the world to see. My sister was not ready to disclose her condition and now the whole world knows. She gave no written consent and further more ask that he not record her. My sister is emotional distraught. Not only did he post a video of my sister condition with out her consent. He half did the work. She did not get what he advertised on his FaceBook Page. He does not have pricing on his website. My sister has not been able to eat sleep or go to work. Can she Sue
