Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Missouri

Lasik Eye Surgery

I had Lasik Eye Surgery performed over 6 months ago. I immediatley got an infection in my left eye and to this day, have very blurred vision that does not seem to be able to be corrected even with glasses. Please advise.

Re: Lasik Eye Surgery

Your message was posted in May, and only recently forwarded to my office for reply. I regret the delay, which was apparently in the BBS program here.

If you eye is no better, and you believe you are the victim of malpractice, then it is vital that you obtain legal help as soon as possible. This is because the time to sue runs quickly, and it is always a good idea to get the case going while memories are fresh.

There are a number of attorneys in the St. Louis area who can assist you, but our firm practices in the St. Charles/St. Louis area on a limited basis, and has some familiarity with loss of vision cases. If, after all this time, you still wish to talk to an attorney, please feel free to contact me at 888-717-7575. I will be more than happy to discuss how we might be able to assist you. Our firm has offices in Kansas City and Jefferson City, MO.
