Legal Question in Military Law in Missouri
air force separation
I was administratively discharges for give a perscription pill to one of my friends who separated his shoulder. I was wondering if there would have been any other way around the discharge it states in the AFI that it must happen unless you fall into the 7 criterias... I didn't meet one of them because they called it distribution, which I did not know was illegal at the time and I told on my self for doing it because I didn't know it was wrong. Is there any way around this?

Re: air force separation
Unlikely. The AF is pretty hard on drug cases of any kind.
You can still petition the AF Discharge Review Board within 15 years of the date of separation listed on your DD214.
It would be up to the AFDRB to decide whether or not you've had sufficient time and "good citizenship" since leaving the AF.
