Legal Question in Military Law in Missouri
Army National Guard
I have a friend who has currently stopped going to their Army National Guard Monthly drill weekends. What exactly is going to happen to them? What kind of discharge will it be if they are discharged?

Re: Army National Guard
This can only end badly for your friend. Eventually he will be charged with AWOL and will suffer the penalties that come with that. I would urge him to honor his commitment, and at the end of the time, then get out. But don't just stop going. That could be very bad.
