laws to break a lease agreement for military
Does the state of Missouri have laws that allow tenants who are members of the armed forces to break a lease contract if deployed?

The Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act provides for this kind of relief. See Section 305 of the Act which can be found at: http://usmilitary.about.com/od/sscra/l/blscra305.htm
