Legal Question in Military Law in Missouri

Title X (Ten) or Army Regulations?

I am currently indispute about my ADSO (active duty service obligation) with the

Army. The amount of ADSO that I can be given is restricted by Title X, however

the Army is qouting AR 600-8-24. The Army says that this supercedes Title X, I

am inclined to believe that the restriction is the Higher Power on this matter.

Can an Army Regulation out weight Title X? (I thought only an act of congress

could overtrun this law?)

Re: Title X (Ten) or Army Regulations?

I need more facts before I can give you any information. I have litigated about 8 of these cases - 1) what is your rank; 2) what is the date of your enlistment or if an officer, the date you first came on active duty; 3) Have you served a total of 8 years; 4) If you reenlisted, when is your enlistment up; 5) are you active duty, Reserves, IRR or NG; and 6) who is telling you this?

By law, everyone has an 8 year Military Service Obligation - the Army is trying to say that they can extend that period. Please get back to me at your convenience and use my work email which is [email protected]

Thank you.
