Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri
Amusement Park Injury
MY daughter was on a ride, she got her front tooth broke half way off and it's Labor Day, a dentist did a temporary filling on her, but since she's only 8 years down the road we are told, she will probally need more dentistry work, that the amusement park might not even cover. To me that doesn't sound right. What do you suggest.

Re: Amusement Park Injury
You should contact an attorney more directly, to discuss this situation more thoroughly. Answers to an "Are they liable" question are always very fact specific. The limited amount of space you have here, does not make givng a clear answer possible.
However, generally speaking, if a party is liable for the injuries of another, they are responsible for all of the foreseeable injurious consequences. Assuming the amusement park is at fault, and that the future dental work is foreseeable, then you would not want your daughter's claim settled without addressing the future dental work.
Good Luck
