Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri
Automobile Accident
My question is this: May an individual in the state of missouri collect damages resulting from a hit and run accident, when the other driver who was at fault says he did not see the car or did not know he even hit the car?

Re: Automobile Accident
The answer to your question is "Maybe." If you suffered injuries serious enough to pursue a claim or even file a lwsuit if necessary, and if your testimony or other evidence is sufficient to support your version of the facts of the case, then it is likely that you will be able to recover damages. If you do not already have an attorney you may call me at 314-727-2822 for a free telephone consultation. I should be able to provide you with some solid legal advice after I have interviewed you. Thank you.
