had an Automobile accident in a 2006 Saturn Ion, it was a high speed front end impact and the airbags did not deploy, the drivers side did deploy when the first responders flipped the car back over. Broken neck,brocken lower back, major concussion, fractured sinus cavities, jaw along with several other injuries. No other vehicles involved.

I am unaware of a specific recall for the airbags on the 2006 Saturn Ion, but there may be one. If you were wearing yrou seat belt than you you may have a defective equipment or defective desing claim agisn tGM. If you had work doen to the front end or sterring column of the car, you may have claim agsint that repar shop. If someon else disabled your froint air bags, (common in many minor underdash repairs) you may have claim agains that party. Sometimes when you have stereo equipment installed, they forget to reconnect your air bag.
