On a law firm website or blog, can the firm discuss pending cases or potential cases? For example, to what extent can we make statements about potential class actions that we are investigating?

I believe it is dangerous to discuss cases on blogs to the extent that anything could be viewed as trying to influence the jury pool, you could run afoul of the Rules of Professional Conduct. I would not do it.
