Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

I was in a car wreck, ( not my fault) and the lady had no insurance. My insurance company paid for pain and suffereing medical bills. Didnt have full coverage, so I took the lady to court and won, I tried getting garnishment and was given a closed bank account number and also where she no longer works. what can I do ?

You might need to do a debtor's exam. Sometimes these provide the best information. Also you may be able to have the other driver's license suspended until they enter into a payment arrangment with you. You might do well to have an attorney collect this debt for you.
