Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri
My name is Charlie Crouch, my Dad and I were in a vehicle accident 10-21-08. I hired a local attorney to represent us and he has repeatedly disappointed us. I had to leave my job to take care of Dad, we have lost all our vehicles, savings, I have sold most of our personal items to keep eating and paying housing related bills.
I explained to our attorney before hiring him that I new about the insurance limits and new then that that would not be near enough, I told him we needed to seek restitution from GM for the seat belt failure or the man who pulled out in front of us. He didnt want to mess with the seatbelt and has told me that he doesnt want to pursue Mr. Boyd the man who pulled out in front of us. I have recently found out that they are both Masons, dont know if that is a conflict or not.
We are about to loose our house because of this mess
I think i need an attorney to sue our attorney.
What can we do?

If you are dissatisfied with eh work yrou attorney has done, then you shoudl replace him, before he does something that prevents you from seeking full restitution of your damages. Obviously, without any facts, no attorney here can tell you whether you have a viable claim against GM or the driver that pulled in front of you. but, there are probably many attorneys in your area willing to look at your case to see if you are seeking all that you may be entitled to.
