My name is Dave schoenberg ballwin mo .my legal problam is . Ijust come back from court, can you tell me why this happened, Acouple a months ago I had a traffic issued to me after a very minoe accident while driving my employers service van. I bumped into a car in front of me at a stop light on a bust street during rush hour on good friday. the ticket issued was ,following to closely. after the accident insurance imfo was exchanged. I went to court ,asked for a trail to try to give the conditions of traffic, ect to try for ? THE CITY HAD THE DRIVER OF THE OTHER CAR I HIT EXPLAIN THE ACCIDENT ,SHE HAD STATED THAT MY EMPLOYERS WAS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND PAID HER DEDUCTIBLE TO FIX HER CAR. OF COURSE I LOST THE CASE, THE JUDGE RULED 200.00 TRAFFIC FINE AND ONE DAY IN JAIL 1 YAER PROBATION ..AND TO TOP THAT PAY THE OTHER DRIVER 500.00 FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED HERE ? ISN T THIS AN INSURANCE ISSUE . I PLAN TO APPEAL cAN YOU HELP WHAT TO DO NEXT THANKS DAVE
