Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri
Dental Malpractice
A dentist performed a root canal on the wrong tooth. He left my bad tooth in that caused me misery and pain. It proved to be wrong when he sent the insurance company tooth #19 (by the way was the bad tooth) to be paid on. But he ''root canalled'' #18 which was the good tooth.I had trouble getting my insurance to pay for the bad tooth that was eventually ''root canalled'' by another dentist. Yet a third dentist made all the repairs. My law suit is pending. By the way when I asked the first dentist would he correct his mistake, he told me I'd had to pay for the second root canal after botching the first one. I would like to know about how much is this worth monetarily?

If your lawsuit is pending, I assume you have counsel representing you in the lawsuit. It would be inappropriate for me to express an opinion on the value of your lawsuit. You should ask your retained counsel.
