Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

Fell at a convience store

I hurt my knee when I fell in a hole in the parking lot of a convience store. Went to the E.R. with follow up at my primary. The store ins. company wants me to sign a release for ''all'' my medical records.

Since I have never been through anything like this before, what steps do I take?

They probably want a " Medical Authorization "
