Do i have a lawsuit if i spent 2500 to get a motor put into my car,and the mechanic,failed to inform me that i had bad motor
mounts,bad air compressor,bad belt,and they didn't put all my screws back into my engine,after i asked him while he was fixing my car if there was anything else wrong i would pay f or it,he assured me that everything else was fine,now my car has more problems then it did before i put it in the shop,and they refuse to look at it becaue the other thing arent covered undert he warranty only the engine is covered

You might have a viable law suit. The Mechanic or the repair shop might be bonded, so that you could collect from the bonding company. However, more details would have to be known to assess what you might expect. Unless you can resolve this informally wiht the shop, I suggest you gather all your documents and go see an attorney in your area. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. As this may be samll enough for small claims court, you may opt to not hire an attorney to repsent you at court. But, you should get advice specific to your case, prior to deciding what to do.
