Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

Liabiality Form

We are building a house in Mo. We have some workers that are framing the house that do not have workers comp. ins. We want to protect are selfs by having them sign a release of liability form. A form to say if they get hurt it is not are reponsabilty. Was looking for a form to download on the internet to have them sign. If you know of where I can get the form and the correct name of the form would be helpful. I looked at some forms and they seamed to be after the fact not before the fact. Thank You

Re: Liabiality Form

I am not aware of any such form being available on the internet. I would strongly advise you to have in place sufficient insurance coverage to cover any injury that may occur on your property in the first place. If you still want to have the workers sign a release of all future liability then I would suggest that you have an attorney draft one to suit your needs. If you are in the Eastern half of the state I may be able to help you. You may call me for a free telephone consultation at 314-727-2822.
