If I were delivering flowers to a residential house sent by the owner of the house, and there dog attacked me while they watched are they liable for anything?

IN Missouri, owners are generally liable for injuries caused by their dogs. There is a five year limitation statute, which requires that suit be filed within that time period or it is forever barred. I would need to know the type of dog, extent of your injuries, and date you were attacked to advise you on this matter.

If you are injured (ie medical bills) and you can establish a vicious propensity on the part of the dog (allowed 1 previous incident against anybody) I can get some compensation from homeowners liability policy for you. I have handled these type cases before. Call to discuss at 725-8000. No recovery no fee.
