Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

Slip and Fall Personal Injury

I fell getting up out of booth seating at a restaurant and hurt my left knee, right hand, head, and shoulder. No one that worked there offered me any help. I incurred alot of medical bills and my treatment is still going on. Do I have any chance at a case?

Re: Slip and Fall Personal Injury

Much depends on how you fell. The restaurant is not an insurer, and are only liable to pay you if their neglect caused your injury. In short, if you trip over your own feet, they are not responsible. If you trip due to a slick substance or liquid on the floor, if you trip because of a defect in the condition of the booth, then they may be liable.

Without knowing more- where and when you fell, how you fell, the nature of your injuries- It is impossible for me to advise you.

I would be happy to speak with you about this matter, without cost or obligation. Please understand that until you meet with us, we do not represent you! You have a time limit to file a claim, and if you believe you have a claim against the restaurant, you should contact a lawyer immediately.
