If the car comes into yrou driveway and strikes one of the kids, then your homeowner's policy might get hit with a claim. If a car hits one of them in the street, it woudl be stretch for the plaintiff to allege that you were somehow negligent in allowing the teens to use your driveway as a take-off area. Nothing in this scenario would prevent someone from making a claim or filing suit. However, it is likely that such a case would be dismissable. If you are at all concerned, then tell the kids not to ride in your driveway. If needed, also tell their parents that you are concenred about the kids' safety and that you think they should diceide whether to forbid their child from jumping their bike. Follow-up the converstion with a friendly recap note and keep a copy for your records

Good luck.
