Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

I had a wreck in my auto in 2008. The state has given me 10 day to submit $152 for damage to a

highway sign. This is my first I have heard about this. They claimed to have contacted my insurance company and included supposed correspondence from insurance companies, but not mine. Can I be required to pay this.

There is not enough information to determine whether you owe the money. However, based upon what you did share, it seems that you can submit the claim to your insurer.
