Legal Question in Product Liability in Missouri
I am suing a company in small claims court. They have hired and attorney. The attorney has requested documents that I have. Am I obligated to turn them over prior to court date.

Yes, generally, if they are relevant. If you don't the Judge may preclude you from using them, or find that they will be assumed to contain information favorable to your opponent. The Judge wants to decide the case on ALL the relevant evidence, so the Judge can find out the truth and apply the correct law, and it may not be as damaging as you think it is. It is generally foolish to appear pro se if the other side has a lawyer.
