Legal Question in Product Liability in Missouri

I wad driving my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse around the yard and it was muddy I smacked a tree I wasn't even doing 20mph and both airbags deployed sending something out striking me in the side of my face. Later the next day I found out they had an recall on the airbags, but they never notified me about the recall Do I have a case?
