I own 50% of a house with my daughter. NO agreement. Can I be forced to sell my half if she wants to sell hers?

No, she can't force you to join in a sale of the property simply because she wants to sell it. However, she could file a Suit in Partition and obtain a Court Order fo the sale of the house.
