can 1 party of a Right of survivorship deed quit claim their ownership to another person?
I actually purchased 60 acres w/ my brother.
Finding myself in a divorce dispute. I thought I was Quit claiming my ownership to my mother.
However, it now appears my mother might be the only owner to this property?

Yes. But, you may have owned your part of the property worth your husband as a marital asset.
You need to consult directly with a civil or tall estate practice attorney in your area.
