Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

There was an alley that seperated my property for another, commercial properties in a small town! Today I foy s out the city sold the alley to the other business with out informing me. The alley was the only access off the highway that gave me access to our parking beside my building. Can they do that without involving me?

The city may not have violated yrou rihgts by selling the property. If you have used the alley before, you may have an easement to continue using it to get to and from yrou parking lot.
