Are automatic roll over lease clauses legal in Missouri

Missouri allows pretty liberal latitude in what landlords and tenants can agree to. As long as it is clear to the court and both parties agree, then the courts will generally enforce most rental agreements. Automaitc renewals are common in Missouri leases.
