Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

bank wont let us move

we purchased property to move our manufactured home to. the bank is telling us we cant until its paid for. we have never missed a payment and do not intend to sell the lot its currently set up on that the bank holds for collateral. can the tell us we cant move it even though we have had the loan for a long time and never missed a payment? we dont want to refinance elsewhere because we almost have it paid for but would like to move now.

The answer to your question is contained in the terms of the promissory note and security instrument that you signed when you obtained the loan. Review these documents, or have an attorney do so.
