Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I bought a car and the guy gave me a bill of sale and the receipt that he requested a new title. He hasn't sent me the title yet, it's been over a month and I was wondering if their is any legal action i can take?

Yes. You can hire an attorney to write a letter demanding the title.

You could sue to have the sale rescinded because the sale is not valid without the transfer of

Title.
