Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

We bought a foreclosure, and there was a propane tank on the property. We received a bill for the tank saying it was a leased tank by the previous owner. Do we have any rights to the tank now? We were not aware that it was a leased tank before we bought the forclosure.

This is one of the reasons you got title insurance. It sounds like you may have a good claim agaisnt your title insurance policy.
