Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

i bought a mobile home from my landlord, it has been 4 months since i paid for it and she still has not produced the title for the home, in the meantime i have put about 3k into the home in renovations, now that it is looking better she is trying to evict us. what do i do? options?

It sounds like you may need to sue the landlord for refund of the money you paid, and for the improvements you made. You will probably need to hire an attorney to do this and defend the eviction action.
