The following divorce court assigned your brother's interest in the property to her. Unless their use if the property has been adverse, you may still have a partnership interest in the property. The interest probably didn't change. You may be able to partition, IR dissolve the partnership. The property could be sold, and the remaining partners divide the proceeds based upon their partnership interest. Having your attorney describe this process I her, may cause her to choose to buy you out instead. You should consult directly with an attorney in the area, to get specifics advice as to your options. There isn't enough information here to give you advice. Trage ah the relevant documents and go see a real estate attorney in it area. Soon. If you do nothing, you may lose what interest you have in the property, if any remains.
Good luck
