Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

Bundling property in Missouri

My garage is on my neighbor's property. He will not give me an easement and will not allow me to buy part or all of the empty lot that the garage is on (by 1 1/2 feet). He wants me to buy all 4 of the lots he has for sale and his camper. Is this legal
