Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
The business I work for in Missouri has stored customers' property on their land at no cost for the past 20 years. They decided that this wasn't benefiting them so they decided to charge a storage fee. We sent letters to the customers who have property here informing them that we will be charging storage from here on out and gave them different options that they can choose. There was also a contract attached with the letters. If we have not received any response from them for 9 months, what are we legally able to do with this property?

If you have a good address for the property owners. the company shoudl send a letter by certified mail stating that all property left thirty days after the receipt of this motice will be declared abandoned. This should get them; to remove their stuff. enter into a stprage agreement, make other arrangments with the company.
Good luck
