Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I am buying a home contract for deed and i missed 7 months of payment. Can the seller charge me me rent plus late fee for these months or just the late fee ?

What happens when several paymnets are missed, is usually addressed in the contract for deed. Often they call for rental payments to be owed, when the buyer/renter is in default. Whether seven missed payments means default, is also probably addressed in your agreement. Most agreements I have seen call for a declaration of Defualt for less than seven missed payments.
