Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
I don't know what category this falls under, but I recently went to a dealership and purchased a car. I needed a loan and when I filled out the credit application and signed it the salesman saw that me only making 500 a month wasn't going to get me the loan. He crossed off the 500 I put in and wrote down after i signed it that I make 1500 a month. I kept telling finance guy that I don't make that much money and the salesman lied on it. He said I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that and they still let me take the car. Now the bank is wanting a pay stub and I don't make 1500 and I still am telling the dealership that I don't but they keep saying not to tell anyone they lied and that they might take the car back when I already sold my other one. Is there anything I can do?

You should contact the lender and the attorney general's office. Do nothing to give further "false" information to the lender. It sound slike you probably cannot afford this new car. You may end up giving it back or have the lender pick it up.
Good luck.
