Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I had a contract for Deed and a certified survey sheet was attached to Contract. After 8 months of paying on contract the seller drew lines across the survey sheet and cut off my acess to road. Now after paying off the contract he wants me to pay more money for acess to road. He has made up a Deed that does not describe the property as the description on the survey sheet reads.

Can he legaly do this to me?

Hopefully you have yoru copy of the contract. You cna fiel suit to enforce the contract. You would put yours up against his altered one, and let the court determine which is correct. You might also be able to get an easement without having to buy anymore land. Take all your doucments to a lawyer in your area, and let them explain it to you in more detail.
