deeding property

My ex-wife and I own property that I am no longer interested in and would like to know how I can have my share deeded over to our son.

Do you own the property as joint tenants? Did you own the property at the time of your divorce, and if so, what was done with the property in the divorce case? Do you want your ex-wife and son to own the property together as joint tenants, or perhaps as tenants in common? Will your ex wife cooperate by signing a deed to accomplish this purpose? Maybe if we had the whole story we could offer a suggestion.
