Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I am default on a time share in missouri. Can they sue me? I just want to walk away from it.

A time share dues or mortgage payment is like just about every other kind of debt. They may be able to sue you for the outstanding balance, and perhaps some consequential or other contract damages.
