right away with easement
Our community gave easement for a road widening, we own our land, insure it and are a cooperation, however the engineers excised their easement given to them to the hilt, that now they are to the point of encroaching on several of our villas.
In other words they forgot to leave room for the sidewalk, and are persuming to encroach on several residents.
My community does not want the liability of the public, such as bikers,skateboarders, added pet waiste, trash and the up keep.
Could you please give me some info on topics such as this type?
