Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

ending long term relationship

My boyfriend and I have lived together for ten years. I would like for him to move out and end the relationship. He wants to end relationship but does not think he should have to move out. Home is in my name and I pay the mortgage for past 2 years. For prior 5 years he had home in his name and he paid mortgage. He says even though his name not on my house I OWE him for me & my children living with him prior to me purchasing my own home. Can I evict him - how do I get this man out of my home?

Re: ending long term relationship

Under the facts you give us, I would say that you have the right to legally evict your boyfriend. In fact, there might even be a quicker and easier way to handle the situation. If you do not have an attorney you may call me for a consultation.
