eviction ?
i moved into a home 7yrs ago and the loan wasnt assumable. We did a yr by yr lease with opt to buy contract. To date contract still hasnt been renewed , however the payments went from 575 to 734 , the insurance went from 160 to now 310 just for the shell itself. I am behind a month of 734 due to a loss of income. End of jan 08 is forcloser date. To date i have paid 43 thousand into home compaired to there 9 thousand and assumed all repairs , insurand and even a water softner loan that they took out, prior to my moving in , all reciets of payment our in my name , however i found out that the person who i wrote the contract with has been claiming the taxes as if he pays the housepayment, and he doesnt i do. Where do i stand , will the finance co. have to serve him first , and then he will have to serve me. The home was unfurnished, im on disability and is there any recourse i have , or will i be out on the streets reall soon , time frame?? help ...ty

It sounds like you are in a tangled mess. Some of the facts you describe seem to contradict one another. Maybe there is too much going on to be able to describe it fully in this limited format. You should consult directly with an attorney in your area. If you have gotten Notice of a Trustee's Sale, or other indicia of foreclosure, you will need to meet with someone very soon.
