Failure to disclose property problem

What legal action can I take if a seller of a house I bought did not list in the dislosure paperwork that there was a problem with erosion in the front yard? I have a sinking drivway,walkway and front porch. They stated that the porch was mudjacked. Now I have found out that there is basically nothing underneath my concrete slab porch and walkway.
