how would a family member obtain a title to a vehicle that was left with the estate with no tod

If a probate estate s opened, then the vehicle will likely go thrugh that. If not, then one ca fiel a Petition To Determine Heirship, to have the probate court decide who inherits the car, after it is too late to open an estate. If that is not preferably, then one might try to get the title through the Missouri Departmetn of Revenue.
