Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

The farmer, whose fields are on our eastern/northern/western border, has mowed down about 100 trees, all of which were between 5-10 yrs old. What's my best legal course of action? Can I get my loss recovered?

If he has destoyed trees on your property you can file a civil suit seeking up to treble damages.
